Battery Issue

I purchased Xperia Z few days before and facing worst battery back up.Even in power management only last for 8hrs max.

Could you please post some screen shots of the power mangement so that we can see why exactly you are getting low standby time

are you kidding - you are getting 8hrs - I'm lucky to get 2hrs and it's very impressive for a quad core device - honestly what were you expecting ?

when I got my EZ it was doing about 4hrs on a full charge - because I couldn't leave the thing down for a minute

Also the battery needs to be conditioned - this will take about 2x weeks of charging discharging

I'm not going to say anymore because if you look on this forum there are many topics  on the subject and I'm not a s lazy as you but I'm not typing it all again

so go explore on this forum and if you have an issue that is not covered in another thread then help is always here

Are you talking about 8 hours screen time or standby time? Even if I had the screen on and it was awake for more than 5 hours i'd be pleased with such a bright, large display. If it were on standby, that's a different thing all together. I get around 52 hours from a single charge but this is after the conditioning phase which took around 13 charges before I started noticing the battery life being better. This took around a fortnight if a little more.
