Can someone can tell me that how many hours Xperia SP battery works after fully charged.

It depends on your usage, settings and operating environment..

For me it works for about whole day with lots of heavy usage like my screen on time is near about 6 hrs and data connection is on all day as I use social metworks alot with some light gaming..

My Xperia SP loses battery very fast..
Battery even drains when the phone is idle(with stamina mode on)
While standby my phone loses battery at 6 % per hour

Try close all running app when they are not in use and if you can Adjust the Sync Time Interval...
