Battery Draining While Charged

i have some problems..

which is when i charged my phone,it drains it battery life..

and sometimes when charging the battery doest even go up..

please help me..

i using sony xperia neo l

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

With the information supplied, I first suggest removing any new applications, as this is commonly a result of an application that is using to much resource, which results in the battery discharging even whilst on charge.

If you are playing a Game which requires medium to high resources, this will likely happen every time. However if this happens when not using the handset then it is likely an application running in the background.

Try the above first and let us know how you get on.

Did you try to charge your phone when its off??

i tried that also//

sometimes it goes up.sometimes it drain..

and if charged it never went 100%

i think about 60% and then it started draining again

try this one:

enter this code *#*#7378423#*#* in phone pad

then go to service tests>battery health test see what it write there

if says good no need to replace then as Alexdon&Jake said go for software repair by SUS

i go to the service test but i dint finish the battery test because before it finish my phone has shut down, but it said the battery status was good.

i think my problem is the phone micro-usb plug is malfuntioning
