Battery Drain, Support Email

Hi,
I have managed to revived my "Battery Drained" Sony Xperia Z1 Tab. But still now it does not charge properly. Instead of continuous charging, the battery stills drain while plug thru the wall socket or thru the dock. The battery now is inefficient, 50% of the battery is consumed by the screen only. Is there a way to fix it?

By the way I currently reside in Western Australia. The nearest "SERVICE CENTER" of Sony is on NSW (I believe it is on a different state.).

Also the support section of sony, Email in particular, is not working. Kindly check
