battery behaving weirdly

my battery is behaving weirdly. see the snap shoot battery power decreased to 1% from 62% then i gave a restart it become 64% and increasing !!!

i have been facing fast battery discharge since i brought this mobile a month ago. can anyone help

Please also make sure you use the original charger. I have seen very strange battery indications when using other chargers, for example during one night of charge the battery was still on the same level as when i plugged-in the charger, but after disconnecting the charger the battery increased some levels every time I woke the screen, and ended after approx half an hour at 96% battery. With the original charger everything seems to work ok.

What do you mean by repair of software with SUS. Do i have to reinstall the software  ???
