Battery and memory problem.Please help!

Hello,i have the model sony Xperia mini and it has a problem charging.When i first put it to charge a few days ago it was 25% and it won't charge and then goes down to 1%.And then closes if i try to use it.I have all wigdets turned off (wifi,bluetooth, etc).The cable isn't the from the company cause it it broke and i wasn't able to use it.I bought a new USB cable from an electronics shop.And when i open it again it won't go on charging,stuck to 0-1%! 

Also,when i try to connect to my PC it stilk won't charge at all and won't connect to the pc o update it or so.

Another problem he phone has is the memory.I only have fb as an app which was the phone'sand all the important.I disconnected most of the phones app(those which i didn't need to,not the important one's and still when i try to install the app Viber it tells me that i don't have enough storage even with the sd card in(16GB) 

Please if someone knows the solutions to these it would be so nice to tell me.Thank you!😃

First of all, have you tried using another USB cable to charge? If not, I'd advise you to try so, in order to rule out if the issue is connected to the phone or the charger. 

Regarding the memory, this phone, depending on software version, cannot install apps to the SD card as far as I know. You have to make sure the phone itself has enough memory to both download and install the app.
