Battery always shows 100%

hi guys 

i have a unlocked neo. i tried legacy xperia rom . but then return stock rom. that time this %100 problem appeared. i try to remove battery for 5 min and wipe battery stats but all things are same. 

what can i do for fix this problem. can you help me ?? please help me

i tried it  but it did not help me all stock ics kernels have same problem.  GB .62 kernel fix it but i dont want use it
