battery 88% to red "!" and reboot

Hi,

My phone is under garranty but is it an hard or a software problem ?
I use the camera in movie mode and to do the bug, I play with the reality augmented mode. Phone is hot and reboot !
I put on usb port, battery is 68% but looks not stable…

All is up to date !

Something to do ?

AR will heat up your phone faster than a regular video/picture, the phone will give you a warning that its too hot and has to shut down to protect itself from any damage

I had the same problem few months and thought it was a software issue which started after upgrading from 4.4 to 5.0. I simple replaced my battery with a new one and now my phone is giving me 2 day charge.

It's sound stupid, phone needs updates then softwares are too greedy…
If after 18 months it's a battery problem, this is not a good product.

Battery is not easy to change !

I make a recovery…

What if you repair the device with PCC if that doesn't work, contact your Local support

Shame on Sony !
I bought my z1 on july 2015… My warranty is 2 years.
I send mail about my battery problem, do what they say and send my smartphone to Sony (because nothing works).
