Batter meter is weird

When I have low batter I just plug recharge it. After time passed. My batter meter is still at 15% ( for example) Then I unplugged and see what's wrong. I thought I didn't plug well. But it's happened a few time so far. My Xperia Go is ICS by the way

Must be the ICS problem. I don't have this problem.

Try reinstalling the firmware via SUS. I don't think restoring will help..

Well, I updated the service just now. I also have no response from home,back or control button.

What do you think it caused?
