Bad service and product

Hi,
I have sony Xperia M Handset ( Rs. 12000) which comes in Warranty period.Before some days it did not work good so I shown to sony services center .The person in services center saying that mobile's motherboard is dead and total expenditure for near about to Rs. 8000. that's why I am doing complaint against this company.

The motherboard is dead?The most expensive part of the phone so the fix price is as expected.

Like @Thommo said,contact local Sony first and renegotiate with them maybe?

But given its already dead,better to buy another phone though... 😕
