your local support people are even cant respond to the customer still i didnt recive my mobile it crossed ten days also worst experience with the device and service people now a days sony is becoming very faulty and proviing worst service
i had called them but still they are saying we dont get any update from sony . really to repair a mobile that to just 10 days old peice you took 20 days how worst your service
worst mobile in my life with sony after holding for repair for 20days still the same problem really conformed that sony had loosen its brand image

I had purchased sony m4 aqua mobile on june 9th of price 25000 and it had many issues and i am unable to use mobile and submitted at service centre within 15 days after doing many trouble shooting steps as said by your technical team they took 23 days to return back my mobile and after still i had same issues and again submitted again see in the mean while the price dropped to 19300 that means customer had purchased the mobile and he even didn't use for a span of one week and the price even dropped how the position of customer understand the situation !!!! if you are going to reduce the price show some remittances who had purchased before one or two months even that will help the company to have its image.
