bad experience with sony service and sony mobile

dear team,

As i was holding sony m4 aqua purchased on 9th of june i was facing many major issues like mike and over heating with minor issues like speaker and signal drops so i visited your service center within seven days but they refused to take mobile for service stating that it cant be repaired here  and asked to visit  other service center and after using it was unable to even make calls so i had given at different service center and asked for  replacement or refund  which is nearlly 30km far from my place they simplly saying within a week we can replace or refund now we should send for repair it again tooks a week of time waisted money and time with sony

your local support people are even cant respond to the customer still i didnt recive my mobile it crossed ten days also worst experience with the device and service people now a days sony is becoming very faulty and proviing worst service

I received a Sony T3 when upgrading last year October 2014 and to now i only had problems with the phone warranty assessment was done on the first one and the second one is doing exactly the same. It goes off during use and rejects the sim card. I am so unhappy with the phone i will not recommend anyone to buy this phone.

i had called them but still they are saying we dont get any update from sony . really to repair a mobile that to just 10 days old peice you took 20 days how worst your service

worst mobile in my life with sony after holding for repair for 20days still the same problem really conformed that sony had loosen its brand image 

just your service center people are saying again we want to send to company

I had purchased sony m4 aqua mobile on june 9th  of price 25000 and it had many issues  and i am unable to use mobile and submitted at service centre within 15 days after doing many trouble shooting steps as said by your technical team they took 23 days to return back my mobile and after still i had same issues and again submitted again see in the mean while the price dropped to 19300 that means customer had purchased the mobile and he even didn't use for a span of one week and the price even dropped how the position of customer understand the situation !!!! if you are going to reduce the price show some remittances who had purchased before one or two months even that will help the company to have its image.

 and regarding service the  please take care of the issues simply i had  purchased the mobile and left at your service center with work id: w115080403032
