Bad experience at Sony Service Centre

I had purchased Sony XPeria J 10moonths ago and it has got touch problem now. 

When i visited sony service centre in Rajajinagar, Bangalore they just updated the software and returned it saying its working.

When I went again it They started to say it will take 7 days and so many things. 

I visited 3 times and still  not able to resolve the problem.

Sony service is very bad
