BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE-my experience,what's yours?

hi everyone,i am compelled to write my past bad experience with sony customer service in cebu philippines(previously sony ericsson mobile shop) First off,xperia u is my 3rd sony phone after using walkman phone and the vivaz pro. I have loved my vivaz pro and after a couple of months using it,the screen is not responsive anymore,and while it was still binded by the 1year warranty,i had them to look into it.first,they say that they need to replace the screen and it would take 2 weeks the most and asked me to come back in due time,oh well,i drive 1 hour from work to the shop and all they said was that it is still not ready amd asked for another 5 days to have it done,i kept on calling every other day and they kept on passing me with different staffs and finally answered me their in-charge is not around.days became weeks and until it reached 2 months,my blood is boiling already,so i went to the shop and asked them if they can fix or not,they just stared me blank-faced and answered my phone is in manila undergoing repair,what the f?ck!!! I then told them i will write an email to sony reporting this abuse,they got panicked amd scrambled thier stocks and  underneath those boxes comes my vivaz pro not being attended,holy cow,i sweared liked hell and have my phone repaired in another non sony accredited shop which took them 3 hours to repair.  I love sony products,i own ps3,psvita,bravia,w252 and now xperia u but i just hate the customer service

sony customer service is same in India. My xperia u was used and damaged at authorised sony service centre when I submitted it there for solving loudspeaker issue. I complained about it but the employees are not accepting what they have done. I also complained about it to xperia support but nothing has been done till now. No response from sony.

Same, Sony has good quality of any kind of products snice 90's. But their customer service is worst.

I THINK ITS BAD EVERYWHERE I AM IN INDIA  AND HERE THE CONDITION IS EVEN WORST...

NO SUPPORT AT ALL....

Bruh bryneps3 would you mind sharing with me where that service center is? It seems that I'm now scared as hell that one day my Xperia phone would need fixing and get that same indifferent treatment.

ive had a past experience with their service too, but luckily my phone has been replaced by them. my conclusion is their main service center(im from Philippines too by the way) is good, i actually talked to them they told me to just call them when i have a problem. but the bad thing now is the employees on their shops, i think they dont care a lot to their customers, i experienced it in MoA, they told me that they only do softwair repair on their shop(i think all sony users know it too, so i think there is no point of going on their shop now if you have problems), their main service center here is called TCI, they are the one who replaced my phone, they delivered it to MoA(employees at MoA dont even know that my phone has already been delivered to them, i called the TCI again for them to talk with the employees for proof). also in SM Dasmarinas, employees there dont even look at me when im talking to them, im just asking some question, im not yet even finish talking(the only words that ive said is "can i ask abo(ut)...(suppose to be "can i ask about bottom cap of xperia U?")) then she talk already and said "did you bought your phone here?"(without even looking at me) so ive said no and i said that im just gonna ask, then she said that they wont repair phones that doesnt bought from them but i continue my question anyway. so again my conclusion is, their main service center is not bad(from my experience), only the dumb employees of shops who dont care about customers as long as they get their salary.
