Bad camera quality

I just got my sony z1 back from sony they have switched camera lens and my camera is still bad is it because of Lollipop Update or because of the phone.

I try all camera setting

Scn is off

Can not fix 

It is hardware or software problem?

I would say hardware. You can take a picture of the back near the camera from the side, back and top and post them here.

You should get it checked, I'm not sure if it's light reflecting on the lens but it looks dirty, cloudy even.
