Backup Error

I have been trying to back up my phone for a number of weeks now but keep getting error messages.

Can anone help me?  It's doing my head in.

I've restarted my phone and restarted the back up process, but keep getting this message.

Plenty memory on PC.

Encrypted...stuffed if I know!  I'm a technophobe.

I'm currently trying to upload the photos to my Google drive.  Says I got 2109 photos but when selecting to upload to drive, shows just under 400.

Check under Settings, Security

That backup its going to take quite a bit of time, open G+ > menu > settings > auto backup > turn it off > turn it back on 

if that doesn't work then restart your phone and try again.
