Why there is no backspace if I am trying to write a number down while having a call?

What do you mean? While in a call,you cannot delete a digit when writing down a phone number?

Make a call and try to write a number down using number pad. If you write a number by mistake you cant delete it

Can you check if the same occurs in safe mode?

If you are not in a call you can backspace to delete a number. I think this is a fault in the software. They should update it

Doing so in safe mode didn't solve the problem. I believe this option is not possible.
