Backlight leaking...

Bought a xperia go from Hong Kong and received it today.

While I'm checking the phone, I found backlight leaking from the top of the screen.

Is this normal or defect ?

When I asked to seller, he replied that the sample he got has the same leaking from the top, so he thinks that it's normal condition.

This is not normal..
I got a light leak when I sat on my phone..
Although nothing was broken, the light leak is bugging me..
