back cover problem

Hi, I just want to ask if anyone of you experienced having a problem with the back cover of your xperia go. when, I'm holding my phone, the back cover always squeak and when I tried to submerged my phone underwater, making sure all the lids are closed, i found out that water seeped inside the back cover and found my phone wet.

The flimsy back cover is not what it keeps the water out. If that was the case the card slots wouldn't need covers nor would the battery required to be enclosed. Water will seep in under the cover and this is expected.

If there is a large gap I suggest that you contact your local support team to check if you can have you back cover replaced.

Gaps between back cover and phone does not impact the water resistance.

what happen if i let the water inside the case for a long time, does it affect the phone ???
