Hello,
My Xperia Z Ultra takes really blurry/ glowy pictures when using the back camera. It's not software related, and the phone actually is quite new, almost unused. It seems to me that the covering plastic/ coating of the back camera has really tiny scratches or something like that, so the pictures come out blurry. What can I do?
I've read about trying to clean the cover with toothpaste, or with alcohol, but does this model (Z Ultra) have that coating on the camera cover that can be removed?
Or can Sony Service officially replace that small round camera cover (not the whole back of the phone)?
Thanks in advance!
I'm sorry to hear that, for warranty questions you should contact your Local support and to get the device inspected.
@Uliwooly
Could you please tell me if there actually is a thin film/ coating on the back camera cover?
Also, if the Service can just replace that cover and not the whole back part of the device?
Thanks again
So, nobody knows about the camera coating? Is there one?
