Xperia z doesn't play youtube videos anymore

Dear Sony,

My xperia z doesnt play you youtube videos anymore. It was working fine but suddenly

Stopped working. When i open any videoin the youtube app or browser itjust keeps

Loading and never plays.

I am very disappointed.. Pls help..

how fast is your connection?

also go to

settings > about phone > status > what do you see under signal ?

try this

settings > apps > all > youtube > clear everything > try again

and one last thing

do you have a

taskiller

task manager

antivirus

ram apps

battery apps

if you do uninstall them

one last thing do you have stamina on?

1. I use a 3g connection. Browsing and downloads are very fast.

2. Signal strengh as seen in about phon>status is -95 dbm 9 asu..

3.cleared data in apps>you tube.no use

4.no i don have any such app installes.

5. No i am not in stamina mode.

Did the update.. No help..

One thing to notice is..not only u tube videos..

No video in any site is being played.wats the problem here

Flash player..? How could this happen suddenly?

videos on other websites might need flash player but that's no longer supported on JB, how fast is your connection? the youtube app doesn't work?

I have the same problem.

Not only videos from websites will not play, but even the videos that I have on internal memory or microSD does not play. What can be the solution??

Same. Videos online or on the phone, doesn't matter. They don't play. Just sits there at 0 seconds.

This sounds like an issue with the player itself; are you using the default player or a third party one?

Was simply using default / stock player.  Ended up doing a restore.  Works fine now.  But it was a very odd probelm.
