Auto sync accounts problem

It is very strange that "Auto Sync" is removed from Quick setting widget, now I have no simple shortcut to turn on and off auto sync.

I found only 2 ways to do this:

1) Setting > Data usage > Menu > Auto-sync data > Yes (omg... I need to answer yes/no everytime...)

2) Phonebook > Menu > Settings > Account & Sync > Auto-sync data

Does anybody find out a simplier way or an alternative widget?

There is no widget or other shortcut for the auto sync as standard in Jelly Bean for Xperia acro S. I recommend that you check Google Play for 3rd party widgets for auto sync.
