All audio messages and recordings I receive via "whatsApp"doesn't seem to work properly, I only could hear a very, very low sound eventhough the volume is at its fullest; while videos are fine.

Can you clarify if audio plays fine on the device with all other applications Walkman, ringtones etc?

If audio works fine with these apps then the issue is likely related to the Whatsapp application or the Handset the audio recording was recorded on.
