I have a problem with my sony ericsson xperia active. I get a high beep tone when I am making calls (so actually I can't call anyone anymore).
Somebody with the same problem made a youtube movie from this. I bought my phone with Coolblue, but they just sent these things to the Sony Ericsson service center as it is still in garantie) and now the smartphone is back with them for the 3th time. With first retour they just did a software reinstallation (didn't fixed anything). So I sended it back immediately. After the second retour they "repared. The smartphone was fixed within garantie and is working again according to the factory specifications". However, it took me 3 seconds to put in my sim card, call a person and hear the beeptone again. I am woundering if they really did something or even check afterwards if the problem still exists.
Anyhow, I am getting a little bit furious about the fact that every retour takes 3 weeks, so I am already for almost 2 months sending this smartphone back. So it is back on its way to the service center. Please fix it now or if it is unfixable, please admit it and don't send it back not-fixed!
