Attaching video to texts

  Hi 

Im having trouble with my Xperia Z3 compact 

when i go to attach a video to a text message to send 

i get an error saying the files to big too attach,  thats even a 3 or 4 second 

video i get that error, i have the lasted software installed , im with Telstra 

if that makes a difference or not ? any help would be great 

Also i cant turn off vibrate when typing characters in text messaging, 

ive turned vibration off everywhere i can see too

Probably you have your camera set on HD or FullHD or even 4K. Try to set it on a lower resolution.

How do i do that , ive gone into camera setting but cant find how to change the camera resolution

Go in camera-switch to recording-tap on 3 dots and there should be video resolution. To be able to do that, you need to be on manual mode.

Thank you i found it, you have to put your camera in manual settings to adjust 

mine was in superior auto and that full hd

And now if you lower resolution,does it work?
