Application failure after software updates.

Hi. I'm from Malaysia. In the beginning when I first bought the phone I could run and use the METATRADER 4 software application for android perfectly. After the phone first software update the METATRADER 4 could no longer run on the phone. Recently there was another software update for the phone but it still did not rectify the problem of running the METATRADER 4. With bigger screen but compact design, the z-ultra is a practical device for me to manage my forex trading via METATRADER 4 and this is the main reason why I bought the z-ultra. Could you please rectify the problem because when I refer the issue to the METATRADER 4 software developer, they ask me to revert to the phone original software ie before the first updates because they don't have problems running on other brand android phones. One more thing, why does the MICROSOFT OFFICE 365 is not compatible with the z-ultra but have no problem with other phone like Samsung and HTC. Could u pls look into these two issues urgently. No use for me to have a bigger size screen but limited application. Than you again.

Добрый день, у меня Sony Xperia Z Ultra и проблема таже, на любой телефон на базе Android устанавливается 

MetaTrader 4 для Android, так как требования у него: Мобильная торговая платформа для смартфонов и планшетных компьютеров под управлением Android OS 2.1 и выше, даже на все Sony, но кроме серии Xperia Z. Подскажите вчем проблема? Спасибо
