Phone settings / Apps / Manage running applications, downloaded applications and applications on the SD card.

But I can't move apps to SD card, only to the 2GB Memory. 

I need a PC-Tool to do that.

As I understand in phones using Internal storage and SD card "moving app's to SD" will be placed on Internal storage.
