I know that software updates have to be approved by carrier first to get a specific firmware version but do app updates like the new Sketch 4.1 also depend on carrier or only sony? Because I always receive walkman, album and movies apps updates really quickly but for the sketch update it's been 1 week since it was announced it's being rolled out but I still haven't received the update...
