App Recommendations keep popping up.

Hi,

New to the forum, sorry if this has already been asked..

Recommendations for apps that I should download keep popping up, all the time. It's really annoying cus I might be writing a text and then it pops up, shows an advert and then directs me to google play to download the app. Just wondering if  anyone knows how to stop this, I have tried looking through my settings, and on the play store. It keeps a picture of what app it was in my gallery aswell, similar looking to a screen snapshot, if that helps anyone identify that they've had the same problem.

Any help would be great thanks!!

There can be a number of reasons for this, however the most common is push adds or notifications from an installed application. If you wish to stop this download the app "Airpush detector" (http://goo.gl/hZwYD), and delete the offending app that it finds. Airpush is a way for developers to make money from free apps.
