Any touchscreen Solution ??? plz post ur solution

Friends,

I know many of us are facing the issue with touch screen. But we need a solution. Please post your solutions.

(Even i am facing problem with  touch screen , cant type SMS/Email or finding a contact )

Known solutions so far

1. Vist sony mobile service center and get your phone updated.

     servercenter person say they will update, but they do a reset to factory defaults.

     >All your application/data/contacts/sms will be lost ( take back up )

2. Call customer care and they say to repair using Sony PC Companion.

    > All your application/data/contacts/sms will be lost ( take back up )

We need to rectify the problem permanently. Hope Sony Mobile support finds a better solution then updating.

If you have done both of these suggestions and still experience problems you need to contact your local support team and explain that, and the phone needs to be examined again at an repair center.

I dont know what do you people expect from this low end phone..

Dont download too many apps.

You will have no problem..

Its not the touch screen problem.It may be working slow..

Dont criticize Tipo..

Actually this tipo dual is good phone and touch response is also good. Few days after purchasing , the touch response goes bad all at a sudden.

Sony support very well knows this issue. This is a software touch calibration issue.  The repair center also agrees to this.  They repair center dont install any patches, they push the latest android software to the phone. ( they claim that it is a latest software , but they dont have any version number difference and they dont show the details of patches).

So the repair center , just resets the phone and we loose all the data/contacts/apps. Which is bad, No backup software from sony ( we have to relay on 3rd party Backup software).

Dear mukund , We do link tipo phone. its a good mobile. In fact i purchased before its released, by preordering 10 days in advance.

Its fast and works well with all apps.

All at a sudden touch response goes bad. There are so many people who are facing this issue.

Can the sony mobile tech team check the safety level and security level of this path plz ??

It worked fine for me and my touch issue just disappeared. (I will wait few days )
