Hii.. I bought my xperia Z 2 weeks ago but I couldnt use it because i can not hear any of my calls only when i use the headset

I think its an issue with the ear speaker

any help?

Have you used the diagnostics app that sony provide on the phone? That will let you test the ear speaker.

Try do a 'repair' on the sony pc companion software to reset the phone (it wipes everything)

If it still doesn't work, warranty repair?
