Any Filipino User of Xperia Z1 update to 14.1.G.2.257???? update in Philippines

Any body??? Pls help me to share how come did you update your Firmware... I haven't seen any updates to my phone yet but in my Xperis Z there i a new Firmware update

You have to wait for the update to be approved and released in your country, if your phone is or was locked to a carrier/network branded, you have to wait for them to approve and release the update.

My phone in unlocked and there is a Sony Xperia Z1 user said that they had a update to .257 but i don't know how they updated there phones

Yes i've tried with SUS but not yet in PCC this phone was not originally bought in the Philippines it was just imported here and i bought it on a black market bec. The distribution of Z1 all over the world was so slow

Ok, you have to wait for the update to be released, not in your country (Philippines) but the original country the phone was released

I already updated mine last week. Updated it through SUS, although I checked first through PC Companion. What's your model number? Mine is a C6903 so there might be some difference in firmware update time if we're different models.

Also, an additional tip would be to maybe try it with multiple PCs (if you have more than one). I'm not sure but I saw that sometimes, user reports that they get update when they do it through another PC.

I had the same model as you C6903. How come that you recieve the update through phone and i don't??? Where did you bought your phone?

I bought it through Kimstore. Not sure which country it comes from though. 

Also, one other thing is I downloaded my update possibly through a ISP based on Singapore... I'm not too sure though if that is the case, I might need to check this week.
