Can anyone confirm, if this phone has hardware support for ANT+ protocol (used for lots of fitness accessories and devices)? Xperia Active and other previous generations phones supported it.
Google Play Market should allow to install this app on compatible devices: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dsi.ant.service.socket
It really is a dealbraker for me.
Yes, acro S support.
U can install the app from google play buts its already there by default.

unfortunately Ant+ tech is no longer added to this phone.
Hmm, weird, my acro S has the app.
Having the app doesnt mean support it? It comes with the acro S firmware.
hmmm, really? :smileyconfused:have you tried it?
I can confirm that the ACRO S has ANT+ supported! The "ANT radio service" app is pre-installed in my Acro S, The Acro S uses Broadcomm (BCM4330) chipset, it supports ANT+.:smileyhappy: Please trust me, Go ahead.
Can someone who has this device do what other user did on Xperia Go?
I installed ant+ service and ant+ demo, started ant+ demo and got message: ANT+ not supportedWhat does Arco S says when running ant+ demo?
Hey, I hope I'm not too late, I have Acro S and ANT+ HRM working togheter.
So its surely supports ANT+
I use Acro S and Heart rate monitor from Beurer every day with Endomondo.
