Android Marshmallow, phone doesn't charge when locked/sleeping
Here's my problem guys right after upgrading last 10/20/16 from lollipop to marshmallow I observe that my phone sony c5 ultra is not charging when Im trying to put it on lock/sleep. The light indicator is not showing as well even tho it's plugged in even the charging indicator on the battery symbol is not showing as well.
Yes it charges when it's off and the light indicator is showing but when I turned it on it only charges when its not locked/sleep. I tried other usb cabe to charge it ot's still the same so I just charged it when it's off but now I observe it only charges up to 90% it wont go full charge up to 100% I dunno what's going on. But I think it's a bug because of the new android marshmallow update.
I tried updating my c5 ultra to the latest android marshmallow it seems faster than before but now, I have a charging issue it doesn't charge when it's on (I even tried other USB and wall charger) I tried calling TS of xperia adviced me to do a software repair but still it's the same I even tried performing a HFDR and just a regular FDR. It's still the same also I tried putting my phone on safe mode nothings working please help GUYS!!
Uhm, after a factory reset and a software repair the issue is still there. You may want to try to charge it when the phone is in safe mode. Yep, restart the phone in safe mode and put it to charge. Will it charge when the screen is off?
