I don't understand your post, what do you mean by "break the RAM management"? also, keep in mind that this is a user based forum, this is how to contact Sony directly >>> Local support
what do I mean? This phone can't keep apps in the background, everything is being refreshed right after I want to get back to a specific app. this is so pathetic, how do I get my money back? I bought this crap like 1,5 years ago and it worked fine until Sony decided break it.
I can't recreate your issue, I have a Z3 right next to me and I had multiple apps open and games and I can switch back and forward.
Again, this is a user based forum, calm down and provide more info
which Android version do you have?
which build number?
which apps are you experiencing this with?
the more information you provide the easier will be for someone to help you.
my build number is 23.5.A.0.575, and come on, everyone on xda forums is complaining, but you can't recreate it, I've never been this much let down by any company ever.
Once more

And also post the XDA forum, make sure to answer all the questions.
That problem is still there by me and the battery is poor now with marshmallow
The only option is rooting ur phone
Look at this screenshot.I used web pc suite to upload files to my phone but phone closed web pc suite app and my upload stoped.
Sony you must fix it.
I agree with the frustrated users. I've seen many complaints about these issues with memory. I've experienced both issues on a z2 & z3 tab. Both were clean installed and erased with the official Sony noba unbranded version to marshmallow 6.0.1 build 23.5.A.0.570 & .575
Multitasking isn't properly functional, most data input will be lost, I struggle multitasking or moving data between 2 apps on a device with 3gb ram. The current beta or next update which returns stamina mode to the z2 & z3 series at least hopefully will fix these issues as the change log does state fixes to memory management.
Beyond the next update I'm unsure what sony has for future z2/z3 series. At that time hopefully it'll be a great time to switch to a custom firmware to get a better experience.
Unfortunately it's painfully obvious how many basic things sony gets wrong. After 2 years & more than 4 updates they still have shameful disappointments in their firmware & even in new phones. Great hardware let down by poor software or implementation really cheapens the name. An ideal example is the existing stereo speakers on the phone & voice quality not working properly. Why can't they get a basic microphone & speakers functioning properly?
Since getting the z2 almost 2 years ago the 2 most annoying problems still exist. The first is the main issue microphone is very poor on mobile network calls, the microphone can do great voice recordings and internet calls but phone call quality is put to shame by my old Nokia n8. Quality is improved if you flip the phone 90 degrees, looking directly at the handset microphone and speaking directly into it. Loudspeaker Mic is clearer in all phone calls.
So a phone can't do phone calls very well.
This leads to the second issue, great earpiece sound, decent stereo speakers but the issue is on phone calls loudspeaker use, only one speaker works & it's the lower one which is located at the opposite end of the loudspeaker microphone. Picture that for a moment, low sound from loudspeaker calls from only 1 speaker so you tend to hold the speaker to your ear, the problem is when speaking on loudspeaker, the microphone in use is on the opposite end of the functional speaker therefore in order for the other person to hear you, the phone will need to be held upside down so the functional loudspeaker the lower one is at your ear and a loudspeaker microphone is at your mouth, really fancy functionality & drives me nuts, certainly a long shot of premium quality. I've complained to Sony but this isn't a design fault, that's how they designed it, it appears they forgot testing & common sense. My phone has been to Sony 3 times, they can't fix sometimes they don't acknowledge to be a problem.
Xda has fixes to get the speakers working bit unsure about phone calls improvement. My 2010 n8 puts the z2 to shame for call quality, so does my 2011 galaxy tab 7.7. Not sure about other series but a friend recently got the z2, weird speaker issues are still there with 1 speaker working on phone calls but it seems the z5 has worst sound output as compared to the z2, they've gotten worse.
Good screen, speakers, hardware, battery, waterproofing, but I'd be afraid to buy a Sony phone again. For those who might say they don't experience this, it's been widely reported & tested on more than one phone.
Simple comparisons will reveal the results.
I'm unsure how these phones get such great reviews when they get such basics so wrong.
