This is what I think, just my opinion so don't quote me on that 

I think the Xperia Z1 and Z Ultra will get 4.4 soon, as they share similar hardware and then followed by the Z, ZL, ZR, Then SP will stay with 4.3 as perhaps the last update major Android update, this is all based on past years/xperias. 

Perhaps other mid/low end Xperias that currently have 4.1 will get a 4.3 update later on and it could be the last major update for such devices. 

I hope I'm wrong and all 2013 Xperias get 4.4 but lets be realistic
