settings > about phone > software update, it might be available OTA

You can manually flash another country's firmware however to answer your question - Before generic handsets get the update the networks have to all authorise the update, I'm not saying they have to release the update but they do have to authorise it - Then Sony will be authorised to release it to generic devices - So if your phone is network branded or locked then it's upto your network to release the update

14.4.A.0.155 or 14.4.A.0.157 does not appear on my update center. I tried with PC companion but it says its updated to latest version. My current version is 14.4.A.0108 how can i update to latest version?

Vodafone, T-mobile and 3 are the only networks to have released it to their branded/locked devices o2 and Generic have yet to receive it
