Android 4.3 Update - Huge problems with smooth working

Welcome everybody, 

I had updated my Xperia Sp a few weeks ago and I have to admit that it was huge mistake. My smartphone, which hasn't been cheap is having huge problems with smooth working. It is waking up about three seconds, sometimes more. Recently I had to make hard reset about seven times. The simpliest appslications work slow or doesn't work at all. Is there a way to downgrade my software to 4.1? Or maybe there is a patch or something?

hard reset wont solve any thing

you must either reset to factory or repair software by SUS

I had to do hard reset because it didn't want to turn on

Ok..now if your problem persist go for software repair or reset to factory(i my self performed factory reset)
