synced music to phone - 80% fine, 20% thrown into unknown albums and artists. file manager doesn't give me an option of editing details - which resolved the issue on my former nokia phone.
Check if you're able to edit these files ID3 tags on your computer. Make sure that the ID3 tags contain correct info and they should be sorted correctly in the phone as well.
