Album deficiencies development proposal

Dear Developers,

there is a very unpleasant thing that I can not exclude paths which is not shown in the Album.

For example I have an application installed on my mobile (its name is MomentCam) which contains a lot of pictures and these pictures are shown among my private pictures.

I think it would be a very good idea if I can exclude paths and images on these paths not would appear in the Album.

I too have the same problem at present i am using "quickpic" app, i find it better than the album app,

give it a try its available in google play.

for excluding paths you need to paste a ".nomedia" file in that folder which is needed to be excluded. 

But doing so has no effect in the sony album app

it ignores the file and goes on displaying every image present in the system. it is annoying
