After Updating 4.1.2 in Xperia P Call log lag & Scrolling Not Smooth

Dear Support Forum,

Few days back I have updated my xperia p 4.04 to 4.1.2. After Updating this frimware my device get lag in call log and also while scrolling the call log it gets struggle to scroll smoothly. I have made a issue report in google code page, I have received the following message.

I keep all notifications off saves battery Actually i havent noticed any issue yet i guess i only have notifications for whats app and it rings properly whenever i get a msg

s it rings for wats app .. but stops for msg aft receiving some 30 msgs

No! factory reset doesn't solve it on .100. Use Shazam, voice dialer, Viber voice call u will see the bug reappears again.

SHOULD be better to test before to talk ...

1) restart the phone.

2) run shazam to recognize something

outgoing call start with 3 sec of delay and incoming call has one ring soundless and 2 sec to connect with the caller.

3) run viber make one-two call

outgoing call start with 6 sec of delay and incoming call has two ring soundless and 2 sec to connect with the caller.

Continue to use the phone it'll be arrive very easily  to:

connect with the caller

you can use also skype, voice dialer and ...

i don use the apps u mentioned but i use skype, wechat and watsapp.. i never faced call lag.. if i face surely ill do factory reset, install the firmware.. have u done a clean install.. first factory reset then install the firmware using SUS then check the device for a few days without installing those apps u mentioned .. if it goes fine then the problem is those apps ..

No, also with skype you'll have the problems, test  yourself. The problems are the u8500 novathor audio drivers, if the apps(shazam, viber, skype...) call the new jb api ... these make some conflict. Check ...

My idea is that if SONY doesn't have update drivers was better remain to ics.

i am one that appreciates the sony's products, the best hardware.
