Advertisements pop up in between.

Hi,
Advertisements (adds) pop up in between when i am using my phone. It doesn't happen during using any app, but when am using any android apps, like settings, email etc.
When i minimze the apps, a full screen add pops up quite a few time.
Please advise.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Are you receiving any ad in the status field? If yes, you can drag down the status field > press and hold at the ad > choose "app info" and you should be able to find which app that is causing this.

Otherwise, you could download an application with an ad detection function from Google Play. You can search on "ad detector" and you should be able to find some apps with this function.

I couldn't find the app even after many efforts.

This started happening after I did a factory reset, some time back.

I tried to find it the files, with connecting it to pc, but could not.

I used my in safe mode and it worked fine.

Have you tried an ad detector application? If you cannot find which app that is causing it by an ad detector or on your own (for example check the reviews for the apps that you have downloaded) you might need to uninstall app by app to see if the advertising stops.

Reviewing apps is not possible, as i read reviews before downloading them, i used an ad detector and it also could not find any such app.
Please advise

Unfortunately, you need to uninstall one app at a time to see when the advertise stops. Or vice versa, uninstall all apps and install one by one to see when the advertise starts.
