adobe flashplayer it's pre-loaded on the Arc, so what exactly is your concern/question?

thanks for d reply,main problem is my flash stop workin,i can get it workin,i cant uninstall and it  wount work.

can you elaborate on the issue?

try this

settings -> applications -> manage applications -> all  -> adobe flash ... -> clear everything then restart your phone

take a screenshot of the issue and post it here and elaborate how, when, etc on the problem
