Activate Switch?

Hi the 'activate switch' on the lower right side, works when pressed to switch on the camera, but doesn't work when pressed to take a picture?

Hi thats my question, the switch does not take a picture, just able to switch the camera on. Guess not such a major problem still able to take pictures the usual way via screen. Thx

I just wanted a picture of that switch,I guess it is the camera button.Anyway,if you say it is ok,then it is.
