acro s restarting..

Hi sony! While I am using my acro S, i will suddenly restart then when i will use it again, it shows "android processor not responding or not working" is there a way to fix this one? or is there something wrong with my phone? pls help.. thanks!

yes, already did a soft reset, then a hard reset, then after discussing with sony support representative I did a repair with PC Companion which also updated my software version

no succes.

with one service provider it works great, when I put my service provider sim, it starts restarting
