acro s restarting..

Hi sony! While I am using my acro S, i will suddenly restart then when i will use it again, it shows "android processor not responding or not working" is there a way to fix this one? or is there something wrong with my phone? pls help.. thanks!

this could be an app acting up, it could be a software bug it could be a faulty sim card.

you could start by repairing your phone with SUS or PCC and do NOT install any

taskillers

task managers

antinvirus

battery apps

ram apps

booster apps

I have an Acro S, and I have the same problem.

If I turn ON data traffic, it will restart as often as it will want. with data off it seems to be working fine.

after few months of discussions with sony, and after doing repair, soft and hard reset there seems to be no change.

I changed my sim card from another service provider (another SIM, another operator) and it works as it should.

could someone tell me what could be wrong with the service provider?

btw, I already replaced a sim card on my service operator.

is it a regular MICRO sim card or did you trimmed a SIM card?

It's original mini sim on both operators.
