Accessibility create app crashes

When I activate an Accesibility service(e.g. Talkback or LightFlow) it causes some other apps crash (for example the Wikipedia App) with a NullPointerException at AccessibilityInjector$TextToSpeechWrapper$1.onInit().

Have you a solution to solve this issue ?
