Access when no screen

Hey,

So I've dropped my phone and now the screen doesn't work.

Does anybody have any advise on how to access my photos and contact numbers? Obviously as the screen doesn't work I can't unlock it so I need to access the hard drive somehow on the laptop.

Any clues would be greatly appreciated.

Unless you can mirror the screen you won't be able to do so, you could replace the screen yourself w/o reseting the phone.

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Are you able to see the backscreen or is the whole display black? If not you may be able to use an OTG cable and a mouse to unlock the screen and then connect the handset to a PC and transfer the data.

No, I can't see the backscreen, I've tried to go via the PC companion but because the phone has a passcode, I can't access.
