about static ip adresss in xperia sp

where are the static ip adresses settings in xperia xp,i'm unable to change my ip adresses.

Turn on your wifi > settings > wifi > long press on your wifi > show advanced options > scroll down

but in advanced options we are unable to change ip adresses
