About Charging

I'm having some issues with my phone about charging, i'm usually charge my phone offline, when my rom is ICS, the non charging icon appeared when the battery is full, now when i upgrade my rom to jelly bean, the non charging icon does not appear even the battery is already full charge, i try to repair through PC Companion, it doesnt fixed, does anyone experience this issue?

As long as power is connected to the phone it should display a lightning bolt over the battery so your phone is working as it should. I did however see another thread about this so it seems that with an earlier version of the software it behaved differently.
